1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the stayNja platform (referred to as the "Site", "Platform", or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not access or use our services.

2. User Accounts & Verification

To list properties or send booking inquiries, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Provide and maintain a verified, active phone number. A phone number is required and mandatory for both email and third-party logins (like Google Sign-in) to coordinate property transactions and safety checks.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Submit genuine verification documents if you are registering as a verified Broker or PG Owner.

3. Listing Criteria & Inactivity Expiry

As a property host, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your listings:

• All pricing (rent, deposits, daily rates) and availability dates must be kept up to date.
• Inactivity Check: To ensure listing freshness, stayNja tracks host activity. If a host does not access their dashboard for the set threshold of days, their listings may be paused automatically. (Note: System admin setting can adjust this threshold; a threshold of `0` means listings will never expire due to inactivity).
• We reserve the right to review, reject, or archive listings that violate our guidelines or are deemed fraudulent or outdated.

4. Booking & Coordination

stayNja provides a matching and communication platform for rentals and short-term stays.

Hosts and guests communicate directly. By initiating an inquiry or confirming an offer, you authorize stayNja to share your contact name and mandatory phone number with the counter-party to facilitate check-in, coordinates, and physical inspection of the property.

5. User Conduct and Account Suspension

You agree not to engage in any behavior that:

• Lists inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorized properties.
• Attempts to bypass platforms or solicit payments using deceptive means.
• Harasses, abuses, or defrauds other platform members or staff.

stayNja reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these standards. Suspended users will be restricted from listing properties and completing bookings.

6. Limitation of Liability

stayNja acts strictly as a directory and communication intermediary. We are not owners, operators, or managers of the properties listed. We do not inspect properties physically and make no warranties regarding property conditions, host safety, or guest reliability. Users are strongly encouraged to inspect properties and perform due diligence prior to signing tenancy contracts or transferring funds.
